DVR Movement is an artist group founded in Vladivostok. Its membership has changed over time. The abbreviation can be interpreted in various ways: Dal’nevostochnye razluchnitsy (Far Eastern Love Rivals), Dal’nevostochnaya Respublika (Far Eastern Republic, a state structure that was a buffer between Soviet Russia and Japan from 1920 to 1922), Dochki veruyushchikh roditelei (Daughters of Religious Parents), and so on. The group was awarded the Innovation Prize in the nomination New Generation (2020).
