Key responsibilities:

• Organize, plan and coordinate the work of the Café
• Solve administrative and technical issues
• Train, coach and upgrade staff skills
• Set and reach professional and operational objectives

Criteria:

• Restaurant top management experience
• Experience of managing a team of over thirty
• Knowledge of respective legal acts and standards
• Knowledge of service quality standards
• Experience PC-user (R-Keeper and Office)
• Readiness to work long hours and week-ends
• Great organizing skills
• Fluent English
