Anastasiya Albokrinova

Year of birth: 1987

Anastasia Albokrinova was born in Kuibyshev. She graduated in Environmental Design from Samara State Architecture and Construction University (2010) and from Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture, and Design (Moscow, 2011). She worked as a senior specialist at the Mid‑Volga Branch of the National Center for Contemporary Arts (2016–2018), assistant curator of the 10th Shiryaevo Biennale of Contemporary Art (2018), and art director and curator of Victoria Gallery (Samara). She was the co‑founder of the non‑commercial space XI Rooms (Samara, 2008–2010). She is the author of articles and education programs in the field of contemporary art. She has participated in group exhibitions in Russia and abroad, including Between Fatigue: Toward New Forms of Life (Railway Workers’ House of Culture, Yekaterinburg, 2017) and the 2nd Ice Biennale (Samara, 2019).
