This edition is a monograph on the work of On Kawara. The publication contains “Tribute”, which is a selection of drawing together testimonies and recollections by some thirty individuals — artists, philosophers, poets, curators, friends — selected by and writing about On Kawara. The book also includes texts by Jonathan Watkins, René Denizot and artist's writings.

In 2012, Garage Center for Contemporary Culture acquired the archive of Art Projects Foundation, which became the core of its own archive collection. In 2014, the Center became Garage Museum of Contemporary Art and its archive became a museum collection. The collection has inherited the structure of the Art Projects Foundation archive and contains documents on Russian contemporary artists and art events, press cuttings, press releases, exhibition booklets, invitations, programs, and posters.
