Venice Document. et al., The Fundamental Practice

“Venice Document. et al., The Fundamental Practice” published in association with exhibition the fundamental practice, 51st Venice Biennale Creative New Zealand Toi venice document. et al., the fundamental practice. The main research focus was the integration of multi-faceted computer and network technologies within a substantial site-specific sculptural installation. Integrated audio content included found texts spoken through third generation text-to-speech synthesized voice, and a hundred media files. The work was monitored off-site, with a customized programme updated from NZ via a web interface. The fundamental practice’ was supported by Creative New Zealand, the Arts Council of New Zealand Toi Aotearoa.
