The program is dedicated to the leader of the band Kino and his generation presented in films from different years. The movie night will open with one of the key works from Viktor Tsoi's short career—the film Assa, and will end with the screening of Summer—a free reconstruction of the birth of the Leningrad rock club.
When Viktor Tsoi appeared in the finale of Assa and sang "Changes!", he became the personification of a rising riot against the stagnation of Soviet power and, more broadly, entire life in the USSR. Forever young, he escapes from the world of endless queues and dusty cabinets, preferring freedom to stability. The films of movie night allow you to follow the development of Tsoi-rebel.
