The second season of Silence concludes with an additional three-hour meditation led by Anna Filatova, who has prepared a special program with new exercises and themes for analysis.
During a three-hour-long, inward-looking journey that includes attunement to the coming autumn, participants will work through their own questions using bodily practices and by raising issues that bother them.
As usual, the second part of the session will explore the theory and practice of meditation and will conclude with a final group meditation.
Throughout the summer of 2022, during twice-weekly morning sessions, visitors could distract themselves from the outside world through bodily practices in the Garden space. The ninety-minute sessions focused on working with attitudes, traumatic events, fears, and emotions. The opening season of Polish artist Paweł Althamer’s Silence project took place in the summer of 2021 in the specially created Garden space that was accessible to everyone, and the project was extended into summer 2022.
