Teens Days: Fakes and Predictions Lab

DESCRIPTION

Garage invites teenagers aged 14 to 18 years every last Sunday of the month to discuss a single artwork on display at the show Assuming Distance: Speculations, Fakes, and Predictions in the Age of the Coronacene.

Launching a conversation about true and false in the exhibition space, participants, together with moderators, will move on to discuss global topics informing the show Assuming Distance. Participants will reflect on speculativeness and current agenda, art and its functions, with the laboratory format also implying a research component: all sessions include a practical class along with theory.
