Scottish director Iain Dilthey draws a portrait of one of the world's leading architects, Portuguese master Alvaro Siza. Combining the courage and resoluteness of modernism with respect towards national traits and environment in his projects, the architect creates genuinely unique buildings. The film is a thoughtful and sincere monologue of an outstanding modern creator, the winner of the Pritzker Prize (1992) and the Golden Lion (2012).
