The public program features discussions with Russian and international scholars, meetings with artists, curator-led tours, and a film program.
The public program begins with a discussion between curators Dieter Roelstraete, Abigail Winograd, and Marta Dziewańska, art historian Ieva Astahovska, and curator of Garage Archive Collection Sasha Obukhova. The discussion is moderated by one of the curators of the exhibition at Garage, Snejana Krasteva.
In the first days of the exhibition, curators Dieter Roelstraete and Abigail Winograd will give tours of the exhibition in English, and Garage curators Snejana Krasteva and Sasha Obukhova in Russian.
Experts in Latin American architecture, artists, musicians, and art critics have been invited to take part in lectures and discussions.
Children and teenagers will enjoy a special program of weekend events including playful tours for preschoolers and tours focusing on a number of subjects for school kids, a family lecture program introducing visitors to the basics of kinetic and op art, and a series of workshops for all ages.
An audio guide for the exhibition is available in Russian and in English, as well as a special game-guide for children.
