DESCRIPTION

Anton Belov, Director of Garage, and Head of Academic Programs at Garage, Maria Polnikova, will discuss the kind of specialists cultural institutions need today and what such institutions dream of teaching their students, while also presenting the system of financial support currently on offer for master’s students.

The Garage Academy team implements higher education programs in the field of culture. The master’s program Curatorial Practices in Contemporary Art, which trains future curators and art managers, is an academic program devised and designed by a team of cultural industry experts. It is practice oriented, with the two-year training course concluding with a graduation exhibition project.

Those attending the presentation will be able to ask questions about the entrance requirement for the master’s program, its architecture, and the graduation exhibition projects that students prepare in teams.

Detailed information regarding the master's program Curatorial Practices in Contemporary Art is available via the link.
