Launched in the beginning of 2019, Garage Studios and Artist Residencies is the first Russian museum initiative of its type. By midway through the inaugural year, around twenty artists have participated in the program, many realizing several projects during this period.
Marking the graduation of the first course of artists in Garage residence, the program’s crew invites everyone to an Open Day at the Studios. The artists will display the results of their work, share impressions from their experience at Garage along with future plans, and answer questions. Guests will also have the chance to see the first group exhibition in the newly-opened part of the building.
