Shamil Ahmed (b. 1991, Artybash, Altai Republic) works with personal experiences and researches statements broadcast by new media. He is interested in architecture, the ruins of the Soviet past, and mechanisms of myth‑building. He makes sculptures, installations and photo and video works.
