Ingosstrakh and Garage Museum of Contemporary Art announce a new strategic partnership

As part of its strategy of broadening cooperation with leading museums in Russia and internationally,  Ingosstrakh will provide insurance cover for Garage. The two partners will also work together to provide a broad range of special programs for visitors to Garage.

Since 2008,  Garage has offered an extensive program, of exhibitions, as well as educational, research and publishing activities. As a result of the opening of Garage’s first permanent building in Gorky Park in June 2015, the Museum now has the opportunity to show large-scale artworks—sculptures, installations and objects—that require professional transportation, storage and nail-to-nail insurance. Garage has selected Ingosstrakh to provide insurance services, as well as in the role of partner for a number of joint projects.

In the initial phase of the project, ,Ingosstrakh, will provide insurance cover for the Museum building, an area exceeding 5,600 square meters. This all risks policy covers fire, explosion, water damage, actions by third parties, the building’s fabric, engineering services, and 900 square meters of facade glazing.
