Drawing Workshops for Ugo Rondinone’s Art Project

Date

30 NOV 2016

Garage Museum of Contemporary Art invites children aged from 4 to 10 to drawing workshops, where they can help the Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone create his new installation for Garage Square.

In Spring 2017, a wall with children’s drawings will be erected along the museum façade. All drawings will feature a rainbow, which the artist considers a universal symbol of love, diversity, confidence, optimism and the joy of living.

The first workshop with Stuart Mitchell, an artist from Rondinone’s team, will take place on December 3, at 12:00, and will be accessible for deaf and hard of hearing children.

Free admission with advance registration
