Yoga Master Classes for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Visitors

17–18 August 2017
10:00–12:00, 19:00–21:00

DESCRIPTION

Garage Museum of Contemporary Art and UNIQLO invite deaf and hard of hearing visitors to free yoga classes on Garage Rooftop.

In spring 2017, Garage and UNIQLO announced a strategic partnership based on a shared mission to provide affordable and accessible art and fashion for all. The partnership continues with a series of free yoga classes for deaf and hard of hearing visitors with Anastasia Neschastnova—a hard of hearing certified yoga instructor and Yoga Federation graduate.

Every participant will get a UNIQLO AIRism t-shirt made of refreshingly light and breathable fabric that stays comfortable in any weather and throughout high-intensity exercise. Reflecting UNIQLO’s LifeWear philosophy, the AIRism collection offers a range of clothes for any occasion.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Anastasia Neschastnova completed a Yoga Federation hatha yoga teacher training course in 2014 and has been teaching yoga since 2015. In 2017, she completed the Yoga 108 course for hatha yoga instructors at the Ilya Zhuravlyov and Mikhail Baranov Center.
