On December 1, 2015, Garage Museum of Contemporary Art will host Problematizing the Museum Class. Different Perspectives, a workshop for museum and education professionals.
Moscow Center for Museum Development and Garage Museum of Contemporary Art invite museum and education professionals to a workshop on problematizing the museum class.
The workshop will include talks by curators of Museum Class project Elena Medvedeva and Marina Matskevich and the organiser of the Family Journey. Museum for Families project Sofya Pantyulina, as well as a practical session in the exhibition space.
Together with Garage staff, participants of the workshop will visit Louise Bourgeois. Structures of Existence: The Cells, and take part in a training, learning to find interdisciplinary connections for a museum class.
The workshop is part of Museum Class project.
