DESCRIPTION

The contemporary city park is a place for nature, architecture, and people to meet. Workshop participants will investigate the space of the park via drawing, by learning to notice its tiniest nuances and documenting them in art journals.

The series of sketching workshops in the park is aims to provide the group with tips and techniques for quick drawing from life, as well as visual expression through drawing. Techniques will include use of lines and spots, the basics of aerial perspective, and work with color.
