A touching and honest biographical film Dream Is Destiny recounts Linklater’s creative biography—from a low-budget film director to the holder of prestigious awards.
Linklater appears in this film with his friends Matthew McConaughey, Jack Black, Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke. He speaks about his main feature films: Slacker, Dazed and Confused, romantic trilogy Before Sunrise – Before Sunset – Before Midnight, and about his passion project Boyhood which took over twelve years to finish.
The film will be presented by Nikita Kartsev, film critic, a permanent contributor to The Art of Cinema magazine.
