David Pujol’s documentary tells the story of Salvador Dalí's last and unfinished project—a theater and museum in the Spanish city of Figueres based on his own designs.
Conceived by the artist himself, Dalí's museum is where the artist continues to push the boundaries of what’s acceptable even after his death. His embalmed body is buried in the crypt below a stage for people to walk on, just by the museum’s toilets. Especially for this project, the makers of the film got access to unique archives and the entire space of the museum, partially closed to visitors.
