Garage invites deaf and hard of hearing visitors to weekly tours of this spring’s three exhibitions.
The tour includes an overview of the exhibition The Other Trans-Atlantic. Kinetic and Op Art in Eastern Europe and Latin America 1950s – 1970s with works by over forty European and American artists. Visitors will also have the opportunity to discuss archival materials, artworks and film excerpts featured in the exhibition If our soup can could speak: Mikhail Lifshitz and the Soviet Sixties and see Dolphin in a Fountain—the first Russian solo exhibition of Georgian artist Andro Wekua, who works with a variety of media, including sculpture, painting, photography, film, and printing.
