DESCRIPTION

The story follows Yves Saint-Laurent’s last years as an art director at his own fashion brand and the making of his last YSL collection.

An uncompromising and subjective inquiry into the brand’s backstage that put in question the myth of the great creator, the documentary was for many years blocked from public screenings by Yves Saint-Laurent’s partner Pierre Bergé.

Celebration introduced by Aliona Doletskaya.
