Film screening. Ballad from Tibet

DESCRIPTION

Blind and partially-sighted teenagers decide to cross China to perform on a popular show.

Based on a true story, the film follows four kids from a Tibetan village on their journey to Shenzhen, where they are hoping to perform on a popular reality show. The show’s producer has promised to let them perform if they can walk the entire way to the city. Three are blind and only one of them is partially sighted, but Thupten, Sonam, Kelsang, and Droma are determined to prove that they are more capable than they might seem and persevere.
