This April, the Inclusive Programs Department at Garage resumes free architectural walks—adapted tours of the Museum building in Gorky Park.
Participants will get acquainted with the Soviet avant-garde and modernist architecture, visit a monument of Soviet modernism, Garage Museum of Contemporary Art, walk around the park’s main small architectural forms, and learn more about the history of Gorky Park.
There are two routes on offer. The first is designed to acquaint schoolchildren aged 7–13 with the architecture through a game. The second is a quest for teens aged 14 years and older and adults. Each walk is followed by creative masterclasses.
