Policy for processing of personal data of Private Institution of Culture "Garage Museum of Contemporary Art"

I hereby acting of my own free will and volition and in my interest, give my consent to Private Institution of Culture "Garage Museum of Contemporary Art" (119049, Moscow, Krymsky Val St., 9, bld. 32) to the processing of personal data specified by me in the form of “Calculator for calculating participation in a corporate loyalty program”.

This consent is given by me for the purpose of calculating the cost of the loyalty program as well as for sending me promotional and informational materials of Private Institution of Culture "Garage Museum of Contemporary Art". Consent is granted by me for any action regarding my personal data, including without limitation the following: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, recording on electronic media and their storage, compilation of lists, marking, clarification (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction.

Consent to processing of personal data is valid for five years after provision of personal data and can be revoked by sending written notice in free form to Private Institution of Culture "Garage Museum of Contemporary Art" at least 10 calendar days before the withdrawal of consent.
