Lew Nussberg und die Gruppe Bewegung. Moskau 1962–1977

This catalog was published in ocassion to the exhibition “Lew Nussberg und die Gruppe Bewegung. Moskau 1962–1977” (“Lew Nussberg and the group Movement. Moscow 1962–1977”), what was held at Museum Bochum, Kunstsammlung, from February 25 to April 2, 1978. The Movement group began to form in 1962 and was based on graduates and students of the Moscow Art School, headed by Lev Nusberg. In the second half of the 1960s, the composition changed: V. Koleichuk, F. Infante left the group, forming their own groups, and some other young artists, but engineers, technicians, and theater representatives came. In 1976, part of the group, together with Nusberg, emigrated to France and Germany and, after conducting several exhibitions, finally broke up in connection with the transfer of Leo Nusberg to the United States in 1980.
