Andreas Gursky
This book has been published in conjunction with the exhibition Andreas Gursky, which was held at Kunstmuseum Basel, from October 20, 2007 to February 24, 2008. This publication is focused on the artist’s works, which have been on display at the Kunstmuseum Basel. Two groups of works in particular, reflecting on Formula One races and the famous Arirang Festival, a meticulously choreographed mass spectacle in the North Korean capital of Pyongyang, will be shown alongside the landscapes.
