Garage may request additional information in order to draw up the agreement (documentation about conditions in the exhibition space; a description or concept of the exhibition or online project, lecture or publication; information about exhibition insurance, and so on). An official letter is the basis for drawing up the agreement and loan/supply documents.
Please note that the drawing up of documents for supplying materials can take up to two calendar months. Garage cannot guarantee to provide archive materials if applications are made later.
