Lera Lerner is a multidisciplinary artist who constructs her practice around participation and work with communities.
During this lecture and discussion, she will present the projects she is working on today, talk about the themes that she is interested in, and invite participations to discuss.
Lera will present her new work, Swing, which you can see this summer at the Narkomfin Building, and the Friendship Workshop at GES-2. The artist will also talk about «indirect means of opposing systems of subordination and control, mute witnesses of disconnection and interruption, the impossible intimacies of inaccurate languages, wild delicacies, unreliable fathers, deep rivers, and painful abuse.»
