I Want to Fly

Kamal has a dream: he wants to paraglide. Many say paragliding is no sport for a wheelchair-user, but Kamal does not give up: an inspiration in the Paralympic community, he’s helped many others achieve their goals in dancing, swimming or finding a job.

Diamonds for My Ants

Andrey is an oceanologist and polar explorer, although he admits that he had chosen to study oceanology by mistake, as he was mostly interested in fish and other inhabitants of the sea. He spent half of his life in the oceans, watching nature and people, and eventually took to photography. At the age of fifty, Andrey became paralysed through an injury, and during his recovery became interested in microphotography. Today, his photographs of ants are famous across the world.

The film will be introduced by Karina Vilenkina.
