Discussions on Performance, episode 2.

Date

Schedule

19:30–21:00

DESCRIPTION

The talk will focus on what we can do to draw, or, conversely, to dissolve the border between online and offline formats in the territory of live art mediums, as well as the problem of perception of and participation in performative practices using a smart phone.

How can the art of action, which in most cases implies the physical presence of the viewer, be integrated into and abide within the framework of Internet platforms? How does it transform the category of (co)participation in relation to a performance where participants are separated from each other by a screen? And do live art mediums exist beyond the offline?

Moderator: Daria Demekhina

Participants: Aleksey Kohanov, Olga Kroytor, Katya Kanke, Anastasia Mityushina, Olga Shirokostup
