This catalogue is published to accompany the exhibitions of the same name held at Kunsthaus Zurich, from 8.02.2013-12.05.2013 and at Tate Liverpool, 7.06.2013-6.10.2013. Marc Chagall was one of the great artists of the last century. Bringing together more than sixty paintings and a selection of works on paper from across the world, this exhibition took a fresh look at this compelling artist who created some of the most poetic and enduring images of the twentieth century.
