Anatoly Belkin. Art Works, 1973–2013

The drawings, paintings, collages, and porcelain, published in this catalogue of the exhibition in KGallery in St. Petersburg, show an extremely versatile artist who has changed his subjects and evolved his style to express the themes that most interest him — from an ironic image of Soviet newspapers bedraggled after a rainstorm to a nostalgic collage of late tsarist Russia. His style varies greatly from abstract color experiments to poignantly realistic portraits.
