The book is dedicated to the creative work of St.Petersburg group, “The New Artists”, in 1982–1987. The book includes poems, prose and articles written by the members of “The New” movement: Timur Novikov, Vadim Ovchinnikov, Vladislav Gutsevich, Oleg Kotelnikov, Andrei Myortvyi, Yuri Tsirkul and others, as well as reproductions of selected pieces of book‑art and mail‑art, and photographs of artists taken at the exhibitions, actions and performances.
