Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble will give a concert as part of Quiet, Please, a series of quiet music events in Garage Library.

The program Stille Musik will feature works by contemporary international composers who work with silence and minimalism as explorations of void and absence.

ABOUT THE ENSEMBLE

Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble (MCME) is an independent collective of professional musicians who are among the leading Russian performers specializing in contemporary music. Founded in 1990 by Yuri Kasparov with the help of the famous Russian composer Edison Denisov, MCME became the first Russian ensemble to focus on promoting twentieth- and twenty-first-century music and supporting contemporary composers.
