Description

The 1930s marked the beginning of the construction of a huge palace of culture on the outskirts of Moscow. Upon its completion, this monument would come to astound visitors with its splendor. The tour will explain why it was that this Goliath was constructed specifically in Fili, and what made it famous in the latter half of the twentieth century.
