In Zofya Stanecka’s book Lotta, or How to Bring Up a Human Herd, the reader gets to know a dog called Lotta who a family took from an animal shelter.
Lotta decides to establish her own order, leaving traces all around the house, from hair to various smells. This book is about how much love and joy dogs and people can bring each other.
Participants will discuss ways of training dogs and will then create an appliqué portrait of their own dog, whether real or imagined.
