The fourth meeting in the Voice as a Strategy series is devoted to the possible music and independent music practices of the future. The evening’s guest Evgeny Kukoverov is an artist, poet, and musician who experiments with genres using minimal technology and producing his music from home.
Evgeny will talk about several of his lo-fi projects and his idea of blockchain music and discuss the potential development of home-based creative work in general. Kukoverov is the founder of several music projects, for which he writes music and lyrics. He performs under his real name and as Musical Wurst, as well as in bands IHNABTB, Anus Riot, and Sthow’s Seths. Kukoverov’s sharp and funny lyrics will leave no one indifferent: he speaks cheerfully of the heavy creeping reality and the attempts to escape it in miracle land, finding magic in the everyday.
