Michael Stortz and Cardboardia develop inclusive education for people with autism
On December 19th, Cardboardia—an independent community of international artists, performers, and educators—will run a DIY Theater workshop where teachers and parents work with cardboard to create performances and stage plays aimed at mixed audiences. By way of an introduction to the day, a keynote lecture will be given by Michael Stortz, president of Chapel Haven, which is a US-based organisation providing lifelong individualized support services for adults with autism and other developmental and social disabilities.
Supported by the charitable foundation OUTFOUND, the event will conclude with a theatrical performance for visitors.
