How can you make memories on an ordinary summer’s day? Explore the space around you, choose and focus on the forms, smells, and sounds, and then turn them into art. After all, art is one of the best ways to remember things.
Workshop participants will explore Paweł Althamer’s installation Silence and Garage Square in front of the Museum using geometry tools and then sketch the results of their observations. After the walk, the group will return to Garage and transform their drawings into multi-layered sculptures in which each layer is a reimagined memory preserved for the future self.
